This role requires strong communication and a dedication to accountability, as you will perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate a range of patient diagnoses for treatment
• Create and execute personalized rehabilitation plans
• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy school
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
