• Develop targeted outreach and sourcing strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• 2–3 years in recruitment, ideally in the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in ATS systems like Workday
• Experience recruiting operational and leadership staff
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
