About the Role Our client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead supply chain optimization initiatives in Kimberley. This hybrid role allows for flexible remote work arrangements complemented by essential on-site collaboration. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, streamlining logistics, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance the overall performance of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute project plans for supply chain optimization initiatives.
Analyze current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, operations) and external partners to achieve project goals.
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.




Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
Proven experience in analyzing and improving supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management , and distribution principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-site setting.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
