Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning and statistical models for genomic data analysis.
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and bioinformaticians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Collaborate closely with geneticists, biologists, and clinicians to identify key research questions and translate them into data-driven projects.
Oversee the development of robust analytical pipelines for processing and interpreting diverse genomic datasets (e.g., WGS, WES, RNA-seq).

Requirements PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data science, with a significant focus on genomics or bioinformatics.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex data science projects.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and their application to biological data.
