Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements
• Actively improve welding processes through suggestions
• Read blueprints accurately and interpret welding symbols
• Apply welding techniques and equipment proficiently
• Maintain a commitment to quality, health, and safety

Requirements:
• CWB certification in GTAW is required
• Minimum of 2 years MIG welding experience
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
• Knowledge of jigs and fixtures considered an asset
• Experience with quality management systems
