BEST in Burnaby, BC seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily janitorial operations for a large client and ensure a safe, qualified workplace for a team of up to 40. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm with a salary of $70,000–$72,000 per year.
You will supervise operations, train staff, coach and develop growth plans, manage inventory, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.
