Key Responsibilities:
• Post A/R payments and check for accuracy in Modular
• Reconcile A/P invoices ensuring all discrepancies are addressed
• Generate invoices for dues and vendor activities
• Compile monthly journal entries and backup documentation
• Manage office supply orders and related tasks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in accounting or related field required
• 2-4 years of corporate finance experience needed
• Good understanding of accounting principles and controls
• Modular accounting software experience preferred
• Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills required
