Foresters Financial is seeking an AVP of Internal Audit Operations to enhance audit practices across North America and the UK. Drive compliance, mentor teams, and ensure effective internal controls.

This leadership role will report directly to the Chief Internal Auditor. You will oversee the execution of technical audits, manage the audit team, and collaborate in annual planning efforts. Your expertise in risk-based auditing will play a crucial role in shaping the company's audit landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational and compliance audits in key regions
• Review and approve audit plans for consistency
• Conduct IT audits and special projects
• Develop training modules on internal controls
• Present findings to the Board and Audit Committee

Requirements:
• At least 10 years in auditing in financial services
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent credential required
• Strong skills in coaching and development
• Technical proficiency with relevant software
• Valid passport for travel within North America and Europe
