Freshslice Pizza is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Hamilton.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza) management experience
Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills
Understand that “positive teamwork” increases the success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are
Be committed to operational and training systems
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
Be able to interact easily with diverse employees
Be knowledgeable of and can use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently
Ability to handle cash register and sales transactions for customer orders
Hands-on experience in making pizzas and understanding of menu items & guidelines, inventory/stock, prepping, cleaning, and sampling is a plus.
