As part of Cargojet’s accounts receivable team, you will oversee billing tasks and ensure the accuracy of invoices. This role requires effective communication with various teams to facilitate timely payments while assisting in meeting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and issue accurate weekly invoices to customers
• Verify and organize billing details and documents
• Collaborate with sales, support, and revenue management teams
• Assist in customer communications regarding billing queries
• Support cash applications and collections processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• At least three years’ experience in an accounting environment
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in teams
• Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana is beneficial
