In collaboration with the Director of Slope Operations, you'll oversee a diverse team engaged in grooming, snowmaking, and summer projects.

Your responsibilities include inspiring team members and creating a sense of belonging while ensuring guests receive an outstanding mountain experience. Robust expertise in snowmaking or grooming is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Groomers, Snowmakers, and Heavy Equipment Operators
Coach team members to enhance performance and engagement
Develop and implement schedules while managing budgets




Enforce safety protocols and handle emergency procedures
Monitor equipment status for optimal operational efficiency Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on snowmaking or grooming experience
Experience in landscape construction is a plus
Proven ability to lead teams of 30 or more
Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
Flexibility to cover day and overnight shifts Experience growth and camaraderie in snow sports management as the Assistant Manager at Blue Mountain.
