With approximately 8,500 surgical cases annually, this role involves case sign-out, oversight of laboratory activities, and transfusion medicine. Candidates should have recent clinical expertise, particularly in surgical pathology, and thrive in a collaborative setting with other healthcare specialists. Key Responsibilities:
Sign out surgical pathology and cytology cases daily
Handle clinical pathology case sign outs, like bone marrow biopsies




Oversee transfusion medicine and local lab operations
Engage in daily videoconferences to discuss challenging cases
Chance for medical directorship in rural labs Requirements:
Certified by the Canadian Royal College or equivalent
