Health is seeking a skilled Recovery Coach for their Edmonton Navigation Centre. In this casual role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for those in urgent need. Employing motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches, you'll help participants navigate their recovery journey while advocating for their needs. Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline recovery coaching support in the center
Conduct rapid assessments for urgent participant needs




Connect participants to housing and treatment services quickly
Collaborate with participants to understand their goals
Accurately document participant interactions and outcomes Requirements:
Completion of peer recovery support training preferred
1–2 years experience in peer support or crisis work
Deep understanding of addiction and marginalized needs
Robust interpersonal communication skills
