Be a part of SOAR's mission as a Full Time Registered Practical Nurse Supervisor in Brantford, Ontario. You will ensure high-quality care within our Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services. In this role, you will lead an interdisciplinary team dedicated to client-centered care, enhancing both operational effectiveness and client outcomes.

Collaborate with healthcare partners, train staff, and monitor care protocols to ensure the right support is provided during client recovery journeys. Your leadership will help foster a compassionate and inclusive workplace for clients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to CNO Standards of Practice effectively
Supervise both RPN staff and non-medical personnel




Coach staff in medication administration and care protocols
Monitor adherence to client support plans
Engage with partners for optimized client care Requirements:
CNO registration in Positive Standing
Minimum two years of clinical experience in mental health
Skills in mentoring staff and leadership
Valid First Aid/CPR certification requirement
