Flair Airlines is seeking a Technical Engineer specializing in Powerplant Systems in Calgary, Alberta. Drive improvements in aircraft engine systems and maintenance protocols. In this in office role with Flair's Technical Services team, you will directly impact the safety and reliability of the airline’s fleet.

Collaborating with several departments, you will analyze issues, provide solutions, and support compliance with aviation standards related to powerplant systems and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze technical issues and implement corrective actions
Develop engineering procedures for compliance with regulations
Manage technical documentation and communication with stakeholders
Evaluate performance data to enhance fleet health




Organize shop visits and troubleshoot engine issues Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or valid AME license with 10 years experience
5 years in powerplant systems with Boeing aircraft expertise
Robust background in maintenance and operational standards
Knowledge of engine leasing and technical analysis
