Engage in meaningful rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist at AgeCare Shawnee, Calgary. Focus on assessing and enhancing residents' independence while developing personalized care plans. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll maintain communication and consistency in care. Your tasks will also include updating department policies and ensuring a protected setting for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine rehabilitation requirements

Maintain statistics of resident progress
Oversee operations to ensure safety standards Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Membership eligibility with relevant occupational therapy associations
Preferred experience with MDS and RAI
Prior experience in long-term care settings
