Join CFMWS as a General Manager, orchestrating exceptional golf course experiences for Canadian Armed Forces members. This full time position focuses on operational excellence and member engagement. In the role of General Manager/Superintendent, you will oversee every aspect of golf course management, including turf maintenance, marketing initiatives, and food services.

Your ability to assess operations and customer satisfaction will be key to enhancing the club’s appeal. Collaborate directly with committees to ensure memorable events and activities. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and evaluate all aspects of golf course operations
Implement local marketing strategies to attract members
Manage food and beverage services effectively




Conduct surveys to optimize customer satisfaction
Engage with committees to schedule and plan events Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Several years of golf course management experience
Valid Pesticide License by end of probation
Familiarity with CPR and First Aid certifications is a plus
Responsible Service of Alcohol certification may be necessary Utilize your leadership skills in golf operations to enrich CFMWS programs and enhance our community!
