As a Kettle Coordinator, you will handle training, ensure donation security, and report on daily operations. Your contributions support the mission of meeting human needs across local communities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage volunteers at Kettle sites across your area
Supervise donation collections and ensure security
Support the recruitment and training of recent volunteers
Deliver and set up Kettles before campaign starts
Communicate operational issues to coordinators daily Requirements:
Minimum one year of relevant experience
High school coursework completion beneficial
Solid customer service skills and enthusiasm
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kgs (20 - 25 lbs)
