In this agile role, you will take charge of the Leadership Giving team at Breakthrough T1D, driving efforts to cultivate and manage significant donor contributions.

Your responsibilities include developing strategies to deepen engagement with existing donors and attract current ones. Collaborate with major gift professionals to ensure effective fundraising outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate major gifts through strategic relationships
Design donor engagement strategies to inspire long-term commitments




Coordinate with regional staff for integrated fundraising approaches
Support volunteer leaders in expanding networks
Manage disciplined donor moves management processes Requirements:
7+ years in progressive fundraising leadership
Bilingual with proficiency in French and English
Experience in major gift fundraising
Solid ability to build consensus in complex environments
