Deliver primary support while ensuring person-centered care
Track and document daily logs and incident reports
Assist in daily living activities,



from meal prep to medication administration
Model positive behaviors and maintain qualified boundaries
Participate in team meetings to develop program strategy Requirements:
Class 5 BC Driver's License and satisfactory driver's record
At least one year of applicable experience
Criminal Record Clearance and CPR/First Aid certification
Training in Positive Behavior Management
