This role entails direct interaction with clients through an inbound call queue, managing inquiries and documenting claims accurately. You will employ problem-solving skills to handle difficult conversations with empathy and deliver exceptional service under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on company policies and services
Handle inbound calls for inquiries and new claims
Document conversations and actions taken on claims
Initiate challenging conversations with clarity
Meet daily call center performance metrics Requirements:
Experience in customer service and sales
Robust organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in quick-changing environments
Must work 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
