As the Housing Coordinator, you will provide essential case management within YWCA’s Housing Programs, emphasizing a housing-first approach.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized housing goals, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining program capacity. You'll also engage with community resources to support families effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure current client referrals are housed within 30 days
Use a progressive engagement model for accountability
Complete timely and accurate data entry into HMIS
Conduct monthly inspections and report issues promptly
Promote supportive relationships through empowerment Requirements:
Associate’s degree with three years relevant experience
One year of supervisory experience preferred
Background in housing support services
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
