The Success

Coach role at The Family Centre is a 0.80 FTE commitment, where you'll engage with children and youth to enhance their resilience and community connections. This position involves working collaboratively with students, caregivers, and the community to foster a culture of support and encouragement. Your impactful role will empower youth to develop a positive self-identity and thrive academically. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to set development goals
Engage families to strengthen support for positive youth experiences




Create group programming that reflects school needs
Empower youth to embrace their cultural identity
Facilitate summer activities for participant engagement Requirements:
Educational background in Child & Youth Care or similar field
Solid communication and facilitation skills
Experience with diverse youth populations
Auto insurance and valid vehicle for job-related travel
Completion of necessary training upon hire Make a real difference in the lives of youth while promoting growth and resilience at The Family Centre.
