We are looking for a motivated, autonomous and results-driven individual to develop new business accounts and build strong relationships with companies in our market. As a Business Development Representative , your role will be to actively generate new business through phone and digital prospecting as well as face-to-face meetings with potential clients. You will identify companies with staffing needs, meet with decision-makers, present Hudson AFL’s recruitment services and turn business opportunities into new recruitment mandates. Responsibilities Prospect new businesses and develop new B2B accounts; Conductoutbound calls, emails and follow-ups with potential clients; Schedule and conduct in-person visits with prospects and clients; Actively develop your territory and professional network; Meet with decision-makers to understand their staffing and recruitment needs; PresentHudson AFL’s recruitment services and solutions; Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into clients; Developand maintain strong long-term client relationships; Keep prospectand client activities up to date in our CRM; Collaborate with the recruitment team when new mandates are opened. What we’re looking for Comfortable with prospecting and B2B business development; Robust communication skills and ability to quickly build trust; Comfortable meeting clients and developing business in the field; Autonomous, organized, persistent and results-oriented; Strong sales,negotiation and client follow-up skills; Experience insales, business development, recruitment or construction is considered an asset; Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to client locations.
