Salary Range: $21.35 - $23.18 per hour.ResponsibilitiesHealth & SafetyEnsure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.Respond to emergencies and lead the unloading of the truck, ensuring team efficiency and enforcing safety measures.Leadership & Team SupportMotivate and lead sorters; be their point ofreference.Mentor and support Package Handlers during the sort process.Coach and mentor warehouse associates, including training recent hires.Respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events, forwarding special cases to supervisors or managers.Perform related tasks assigned by supervisors.Operations & Workflow ManagementSupport the supervision of sorting, scanning,
