Coordinator , you will play an important role in supporting our operations while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your days will include:

Coordinating daily receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment activities

Ensuring accurate picking, packing, and on-time shipment of orders

Operating a high-rise forklift to move and organize inventory

Completing daily reports, billing, and order documentation

Monitoring inventory levels and supporting cycle count activities

Maintaining equipment and facility standards to ensure safe operations

Supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes and customer service

Performing other duties assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Grade 12 education or equivalent; ability to pass High Rise Operator training





Working knowledge of warehouse operations and workflow processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to perform physical labour and operate equipment safely

Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy

Commitment to food safety and workplace safety standards
