As a Supervisor, you will be instrumental in empowering teams and ensuring program quality across EarlyON initiatives. Collaborating closely with management, your strategic leadership will enhance experiences for children and families while integrating community needs and feedback into service delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead training and quality initiatives for a diverse team • Manage program operations and quality standards compliance • Build strong community partnerships for enhanced services • Ensure accurate data collection and financial management • Oversee effective communication strategies in collaboration with Marketing

Requirements: • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in child-focused environments • Valid RECE certification required • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a passionate commitment to equity • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
