EduGlobal is a Toronto-based education consultancy. We help students access government-funded career college programs — OSAP in Ontario and StudentAid BC in British Columbia — and we work closely with a network of private career colleges across both provinces. Our work doesn't stop at funding: we support students through their programs and help them build toward the careers they enrolled for.

We're opening a second office in North York. This role is based there.

The role
This is an audit and process role. Our operations run across multiple partner colleges, external vendors and internal teams, and this person owns whether all of it is actually being done properly — and fixes it when it isn't.

Audit our operational processes end to end: find where things break, where steps get skipped, where records don't reconcile

Build the fix. We don't want someone who only reports problems — we want someone who designs the solution, documents it and rolls it out

Train team members on the processes you build, and hold them to the standard

Escalate when work isn't getting done, and stay on it until it is

Manage external vendors: verify delivery against invoices, coordinate schedules,



track payments including international contractors

Learn our partner colleges' policies, requirements and systems in depth, and become the internal reference point

What we're looking for

Serious technical ability — not just using systems, but understanding how they work and building something better. CRM, LMS, spreadsheets, portals

Process-building instinct: give you a messy situation and you come back with a working system

Comfort directing people and following up. This role carries real responsibility, and we weigh that instinct over years of experience

Fluent English and Hindi; Nepali a solid asset. Much of our student and vendor communication happens in these languages

Honest, persistent, hardworking — a lot of this job is refusing to let something sit unresolved

Entry-level applicants welcome if the intelligence and drive are there. We train the rest
