TROIKA is currently looking for a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join its Construction Team. You will implement safety programs, perform inspections, and facilitate essential training sessions. The role requires an ability to adapt and thrive under challenging site conditions while advocating for safety first in every project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support safety compliance in office with the Safety Manager
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and hazard analyses
• Lead safety training for onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Examine incidents,



documenting findings for strategic improvement
• Maintain accurate safety training records and documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety
• Certification in CSO training and OFA Level 2
• Solid understanding of regulatory safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
