This position reports to the Executive Business Manager and serves as a confidential resource amid a multidisciplinary environment. As an ideal candidate, you will manage the President's calendar and travel logistics while organizing sensitive materials and projects. Your excellent communication and organizational skills are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain the President’s complex schedule
• Manage all aspects of travel arrangements efficiently
• Review and expedite incoming communications effectively




• Serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and assistants
• Assist in planning and hosting office events

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent
• 3-5 years as an assistant to senior management
• Fluent in both French and English
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
