GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support across assigned units in Nova Scotia. You will handle onboarding, employee relations, policy interpretation, and HRIS data integrity while partnering with the HR Business Partner on more complex issues.
The role requires 3–5 years of HR advisory experience, knowledge of Canadian labour laws, and the ability to work in a unionized setting. Bilingual English-French and experience with Workday are assets.
