Drive change as Program Manager for the Safe Centre, focusing on gender-based violence support in the Peel Region. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and trauma-informed initiatives.

In partnership with the Executive Director, you will oversee operational processes and ensure that the organization provides effective services aligned with community needs. Your focus will be on promoting inclusive practices, building community networks, and leading a dedicated team in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee effective service delivery in the Secure Centre
• Develop strong partnerships within the community
• Coach and mentor staff and volunteers for high performance




• Advocate for trauma-informed service models
• Ensure compliance with reporting and evaluation standards

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience
• In-depth understanding of gender-based violence issues
• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies
• Strong communication and organizational expertise
