Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily dispatches for a fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal route planning and resource allocation.
Monitor real-time vehicle locations and communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support.
Respond promptly to changes in schedules, traffic conditions, or customer requests, adjusting dispatch plans as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs, driver activities, and delivery confirmations.




Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, addressing queries and resolving logistical challenges remotely.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements Proven experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role, preferably in a remote capacity.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
