Become a Complex Behaviour Support Teacher at St. Albert Public Schools, focusing on student safety and emotional wellness. This temporary role requires collaboration with parents and educators to implement effective behavioral strategies from September 2026 to June 2027.

This position supports the Student Services department under the guidance of the Supervisor. You will assist teachers in programming, offer ongoing coaching, and ensure the fidelity of Positive Behaviour Support Plans across settings to fulfill students' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and support for classroom programming
• Monitor and guide PBSP implementation consistency
• Conduct regular progress check-ins with school teams




• Assist with data collection for behavioral assessments
• Facilitate transitions and communication between teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education and valid Alberta certification
• Experience in classroom coaching and modeling
• Robust instructional ability in all subjects
• Proven multi-disciplinary teamwork skills
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities
