The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in British Columbia and have the following credentials: Between 3-5 years of post-call financial services experience including acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions; Excellent academic and professional credentials; Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
