Our client, a leading manufacturer with a strong presence across North America, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Current Westminster plant leadership team. This role offers the chance to shape workplace culture, strengthen labour relations, and lead strategic HR initiatives that drive long-term business success.
Champion a culture of safety as part of the plant’s management team.
Develop and implement training, development, performance management, and succession planning strategies aligned with business needs.
Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent for both current and future workforce requirements.
Manage benefits, occupational health, wellness,



and ensure compliance with health & safety programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
~10+ years of progressive HR experience in a unionized manufacturing setting.
~ Proven expertise in labour relations, including collective agreement negotiation and implementation.
~ Broad HR generalist background with strong knowledge of best practices and employment legislation.
~ Collaborative leader skilled at building trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
