Sidetrade’s NA SMB division, ezyCollect by Sidetrade, seeks a passionate Sales Manager to own revenue growth across North America. Lead a team of AEs and BDRs, partner with Marketing on demand gen, and implement scalable sales motions in a fast-growth SaaS setting.
You will recruit, coach, and retain top performers, drive forecasting accuracy, and shape the go-to-market strategy with cross-functional partners. This is a player-coach role with high ownership.
