Requirements Contract workers must meet Willow Tree’s required screening, safety, qualification and onboarding standards before providing childcare. These requirements may include:
Minimum age requirements
Current CPR certification
First Aid certification
Required police/background screening
Completion of Willow Tree onboarding
Completion of required training
Agreement to Willow Tree’s applicable policies, standards and contractual requirements
Additional requirements may apply depending on the type of childcare service being provided.
