As a key member of the Home Care team, your focus will be on assessing client needs and creating multidisciplinary care plans that adapt to changing requirements. Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification active
• Minimum one year community nursing experience preferred
