Your responsibilities will include negotiating collective agreements, providing guidance on complex labor issues, and developing strategies for proactive relationships within the faculty. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of faculty relations strategies
• Negotiate and prepare for collective bargaining
• Manage complex labor relations issues proactively




• Build team-oriented relationships with labor partners
• Facilitate training and development workshops

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree appreciated
• 5-8 years of labor relations experience required
• Managerial experience of 3-5 years preferred
• Strong verbal and written English and French skills
• Knowledge of collective bargaining and employment legislation
