Based in the Edmonton Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex, you will report to the Production Area Superintendent. This role involves managing daily operations, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with environmental safety regulations. Your leadership will be central to mentoring team members and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to safety and process standards
• Mentor a skilled team of operators and technicians
• Facilitate maintenance planning and execution




• Lead compliance with safety and environmental goals
• Develop and maintain operational procedures

Requirements:
• First Class Power Engineering Certificate and Technical Diploma
• 15+ years of relevant experience in industrial operations
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of commissioning processes and safety management
• Proven communication skills across all organizational levels
