We seek a dedicated RN with at least two years of emergency department experience. This role involves floating between emergency and medical units to provide productive, evidence-based care. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and CTAS, while knowledge of point of care lab testing enhances effectiveness. Your leadership in unpredictable scenarios is crucial to patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate care for patients with complex needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care processes accurately
• Float between departments as required
• Provide clinical direction in emergent situations

Requirements:
• Two years of ER nursing experience needed
• Active Registered Nurse license
• Must hold BLS, ACLS, CTAS certifications
• TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP preferred
• Familiarity with point of care lab testing is a plus
