Requirements / Skills FedEx is looking for a dependable, physically capable candidate with a clean driving record and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence . Since this role is based in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is required. Candidates who thrive in rapid‑paced, physically active environments will do well here.
High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record (no more than two violations/accidents in the past 24 months)
Physical capability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment
1 year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred
Bilingual (French and English) — mandatory for Quebec-based positions
Strong time management and multitasking skills in a high‑pressure environment
Willingness to be flexible with varying schedules and holiday availability
Ability to pass the mandatory pre-placement driver assessment
