Duties
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
Conduct account analysis and prepare detailed reports for management review
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and accurate employee payments




Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and comparing them against forecasts
Reconcile accounts regularly to uphold data integrity and prevent errors or fraud

Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Knowledge of payroll procedures and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze accounts critically
Ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis accurately under tight deadlines
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting tools
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
