Duties
Provide skilled hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations on styles and products
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and handling payments
Educate clients on proper hair care routines and product usage for continued at-home maintenance




Build rapport with clients through excellent communication skills to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews

Skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques across various hair types and textures
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Ability to upsell products naturally while focusing on client needs
Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration
Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar setting is a plus
Organized front desk skills to manage appointments, payments, and client records efficiently
