As a valued member of IGS, you will report to the Lead Project Manager and support projects from estimating to execution. Responsibilities include project controls, costing, procurement, scheduling, and maintaining communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project startup and budgeting processes
Prepare and maintain organizational and contract documentation
Monitor project plans, schedules,



and budgets
Prepare weekly cost summaries and assist with WIP reporting
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Engineering or related field
Experience in project coordination or estimating preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
Solid communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Indigenous community engagement preferred
