As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting parolees at The Salvation Army’s Community Residential Facility. Your experience and skills will ensure compliance with established guidelines while supporting clients in their journey to self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities:



- Develop robust knowledge of CRF policies and procedures - Conduct checks and monitor resident activity per guidelines - Maintain documentation in the case administration system - Create a safe and respectful atmosphere for residents - Assist in ensuring compliance with facility rules
Requirements: - High School Degree or equivalent education necessary - Six months of relevant experience required - Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification is essential - Transparent TB skin test and enhanced reliability clearance - Experience with behavioral challenges preferred
