Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and mentor a high-performing team
• Ensure resource availability for effective operations
• Respond to client service issues proactively




• Maintain healthy partnerships with stakeholders
• Prepare sales forecasts and ensure accurate invoicing

Requirements:
• At least 4 years managing large events
• Bilingual communication in French and English
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
