As part of the Cyber Managed Identity Services team, you'll support and enhance Identity Governance and administration, as well as manage Multi-Factor Authentication processes. Your role will involve thorough investigation of IAM issues and communication with clients to ensure robust service delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support access request workflows and entitlement updates
• Process privileged access requests and monitor service health
• Resolve authentication failures and lockout issues
• Manage IAM incidents following ITSM guidelines
• Develop and maintain necessary documentation and evidence

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or similar
• Over 3 years of IAM or cybersecurity experience
• Expertise in at least two IAM areas (IGA, PAM)
• Certifications in relevant areas are preferred
• French language skills are a plus
