As part of the team preparing for the current St. Paul’s Hospital opening in February 2027, we are looking for a Project Manager with extensive healthcare experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of services through successful project management. This role requires strong collaboration with Clinical and Equipment Project Leads to finalize equipment fit-out, technology needs, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and goals
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures effectively




• Lead consensus-building efforts among various stakeholders
• Implement sustainability plans for ongoing support
• Monitor project risks and enhance communication strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7-10 years' experience
• Preferred certification in Project Management (PMP)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent negotiation and facilitation abilities
• Experience with large organizational changes in healthcare environments
